Boost Your Business Performance with Smart Automation. Transform repetitive tasks into seamless workflows and focus on what truly matters – growing your business.

In today’s fast-paced world, automation isn’t a buzzword; it’s a necessity.

Let’s face it, if you aren’t streamlining ops, reducing costs, and enhancing productivity, you’re toast. You don’t want to be toast!

You want to be using automation. But, how? And, where?

Our client Jane had those same questions. She knew automation was a must. It was time to hire robots! But Jane didn’t know where to start.

“I don’t know what I don’t know”, she said to us.

No problem, we said! Finding robot work is as easy as 1, 2, 3, 4.

Let us explain.

1. DEFINED – Are there rules, procedures, and documented steps? Let's face it, most work is defined. You don’t make things up as you go along. This defined, documented work is exactly what robots eat for breakfast.

2. REPETITIVE – Does it happen often? You do a few things once. But, really, you do most tasks over, and over, and over (and over) again. That’s where you should be looking. Those tasks that make your team go “Ugh!”

3. STRUCTURED – Is it formatted? Account numbers, billing addresses, purchase orders – these are structured data. They sit in tables, databases, e-mails, PDFs. That’s the good stuff! Look for that. Hint: it’s EVERYWHERE!

4. SYSTEM BASED – Computers! Is the work being done on a computer? Of course it is! Let’s face it, we’re all glued to our computer these days – using dozens (even hundreds) of apps. It doesn’t matter if they are cloud apps, or on-premise. This is where the robot work is!

It’s as Simple as that! Get out your magnifying glass and start looking for the tasks, sequences, and processes that meet those criteria, and you’re well on your way.
